The Project
This renovation, led by Arco, focused on modernising the Mokaba space with flooring that not only looks great but performs under pressure in a busy commercial environment.
Our Role
Our team was responsible for the supply and installation of a combination of safety vinyl, LVT (luxury vinyl tiles), and carpet tiles — all supplied by Jacobsen.
Each product was carefully selected to suit different areas of the space:
- Safety vinyl for high-traffic and slip-sensitive zones adhering to council requirements.
- LVT for a modern, hard-wearing finish with a natural look
- Carpet tiles to add comfort and acoustic control in key areas
As always, preparation was a major focus. Ensuring the subfloor was level and ready allowed us to deliver a clean, seamless finish across all surfaces.
The Result
The finished space is a perfect balance of practicality and style. With multiple flooring types working together, Mokaba now has a fresh, professional look that’s built to handle daily use while still feeling inviting.
