ARCO Office Fitout
We’re proud to have completed the flooring installation for the newly renovated office fitout delivered by ARCO Group.
This project brought together modern design, functionality, and high-quality finishes to create a workspace that not only looks impressive but is designed to support collaboration and productivity for years to come. Working alongside the wider project team, MeasureUp Flooring Ltd was responsible for delivering the flooring package throughout the fitout, helping bring the overall vision for the space to life.
From the initial preparation stages through to final installation, attention to detail was a key focus across every area of the project. Commercial office environments require flooring systems that are durable, practical, and visually cohesive, while still creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for staff and visitors. The selected finishes achieved exactly that balance.

Flooring & Interior Products Used
Carpet Tiles
The carpet tile selection featured the Advance Flooring Group Urban Forest range, using the colours:
- Crown 10
- Crown 12
- Root 12
These carpet tiles added texture, contrast, and a natural-inspired aesthetic throughout the office space while also delivering the durability and acoustic performance needed for a busy commercial environment.
Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)
Staff cafeteria, the project used:
- Inzide Draw Lines LVT in Bronze
This product provided a modern, clean finish while offering the durability and ease of maintenance required for commercial office use.
Acoustic Ceiling Features
The fitout also incorporated:
- Quietspace 3D ceiling tiles by Autex Acoustics
These acoustic ceiling elements added both visual impact and improved sound control throughout the workspace, helping create a more comfortable and productive office environment.
