Operations Manager – (Full-Time)
We are on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, growing business. This role is all about keeping the wheels turning. Coordinating our team of skilled flooring installers, ensuring jobs run smoothly, and helping deliver top-quality service to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Scheduling daily work for our team of installers
- Creating and managing job work orders
- Booking in new work and coordinating with clients
- Monitoring hours and job progress
- Communicating clearly across the team and with customers
Key Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills – you’ll be the hub of the team.
Organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail
Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to a dynamic workflow
Confident using technology (training provided on our systems)

Flooring installer- (no experience) Currently no positions available
When new to the profession, flooring installers usually conduct simple tasks, such as moving materials. When they gain more experience, they will take on more complex tasks, such as cutting carpets. A Flooring apprenticeship is available to complete if desired.
Flooring installer – (experienced) Open positions available
Looking for installers who take pride in their work and want to work with a great team of people. Ideally has experience in floor prep, carpet, vinyl, and laminate for residential or commercial work.
Quantity Surveyor- Open positions available
Trained and un-trained positions available. A key role in the flooring trade. In this role, it’s helpful to have good math skills, persistence, determination, and the ability to use your initiative. This role will include quantifying both residential and commercial works. The ideal candidate would be based in Auckland or Whangarei, with the ability to work 30 – 40 hours per week minimum.
